Please note:

There is a maximum of 1 km to reach the house from the parking spot. Porter service and electric cars will be used to escort guests on arrival. There are several stairs to enter the property, the
estate is built on a rocky hill descending to the sea. There are several terraces on different levels. The swimming pool is accessed through 3 stairs

One of the most extensive private properties on the Amalfi Coast, Maiori Terraces is nestled among lushing Mediterranean vegetation and lemon trees, hidden away from the surrounding towns, and overlooking the extraordinary Amalfi coast seaside.

Perched on a cliff just outside of Maiori, this villa features a large solarium and a seawater swimming pool and on the estate are 35,000 square meters of grounds, a vegetable garden and a small animal farm.

The houses have been constructed out of
local stone, with an eco-friendly and nature-immersive approach, connecting buildings to the surrounding landscape. Inside, the design, approached with historical research, results in a new style with stone, old terracotta floors and concrete, quality custom-made boards and furnishing. Stone walls and concrete vaults lend a contemporary feel to the interior.

There is an indoor, well-equipped kitchen for staff use featuring all professional tools for cooking and there is an outdoor kitchen with a grill, electric pizza oven and wood fireplace.

The current owners have restored the estate to its original layout, using local materials and choosing a palette of colours to the contrast of the sea. This is a relaxing retreat filled with a contemporary vibe, full of natural, delicate light and a welcoming
atmosphere.

The property features covered parking at the
entrance for 7 cars of mid-size, between 200 metres to 1 km to the farthest building in the estate (including a villa and several cottages, in completely separated areas). Porter service is necessary and is available from the reception on the main gate entrance, on arrival and departure.
