This romantic beachside three-store villa is perched over a boulder-strewn hill, facing the Marina of Cantone, near the tip of the Sorrentine peninsula. Offering evocative views from almost every angle, the house is designed as a family retreat.

Renovated in 2019, it has seven bedrooms, a living and dining area and two alfresco areas – one at the top featuring a whirlpool and one on the lateral terrace, where the swimming pool is located.

Interior design plays to the history. A classic style with custom white ceramics and walls, quality washed wooden boards and plenty of natural light. Modern and comfortable the space has been designed for entertaining and this is a retreat full of a welcoming vibe.

The villa is a stone’s throw from the fun beaches of Marina del Cantone, close to Sorrento and several milestones of the Amalfi Coast.

Campania has great energy that comes from mixing history with so many cultures and is rich in terms of museums, architecture, and art as well as restaurants, shopping and nearby nature.

The coast is a ragged promontory on the southern end of the bay of Naples boasting a mild climate, stunning landscapes and a magical scent of lemons and seaside. The Sorrento peninsula features a unique landscape with hills, deep valleys and mountains, and the work that has been done to transform them into terraces facing the sea has been grandiose. Mount Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples and Capri are all in sight from here.

An 11 metres long and 3.8 metres wide boat with a sunbathing area of around 16 square metres, with a maximum speed of 33 knots for up to 15 people is available in the marina close to the villa making Sorrento, Capri and Amalfi Coast more accessible during the summer months when the r0ads are very crowded.

There is a narrow steep road to reach the house from the parking spot down at the Marina, which is the meeting point of the villa. The villa manager waits for guests at the meeting point and then shows them to the property. There are 2 steps to get to the main door of the property which features 3 levels connected by staircases. Only one regular car can be parked at the property.
