This Villa is a beautiful late 19th-century residence in classic Mediterranean style, offering peace and tranquillity,  just a few minutes from fashionable Capri life.

This corner of paradise has a breathtaking sea view and offers a unique and exclusive experience. Recently restored, the Villa has preserved its characteristic Caprese architecture with all the comforts offered by modern technology including an infinity pool overlooking the sea (quite rare in Capri ), sauna and jacuzzi as well as a collection of thousands of art fiction books and culture that increase its charm.

Floors with majolica, high ceilings, white walls, columns, patios and huge terraces and surrounding gardens. The wellness area makes the Villa even more comfortable and exclusive. One of the key elements of the Villa is the large windows making it light and airy, welcoming the surrounding nature as if it were a charming painting.

The characteristic well used to collect water, the lemon, olive and fig trees cheerfully invade the garden in perfect Capri style and the villa is surrounded by agaves, prickly pears and olive trees. The swimming pool is encircled by a terracotta terrace facing Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Nearby is an outside kitchen, ideal for light entertainment and BBQ and there is an external changing room and restroom.

Located on the green hill of Tiberio, in the eastern and most authentic part of the island, this Villa dominates the entire Gulf of Naples, the massive Vesuvius and the Sorrento Peninsula.
