Villa Amore

Villa Amore is an exclusive Neapolitan style historical residence, and one of the few island villas dating from the early 17th century that remains intact. Situated in the centre of Anacapri, with the main square only five minutes’ walk away, this luxury villa is in a great location to explore the scenic beauty of the Island, while enjoying the surroundings.

As you walk through the gates of the villa, guests are welcomed by magnificent tiered gardens with vine-covered gazebos, groves of ancient pines and colourful flowers. The swimming pool is bordered by verdant Mediterranean vegetation that enhances the total feeling of relaxation and tranquillity. There is a spacious Jacuzzi, where guests can sit back and relax with a glass of champagne.

The marble staircase, ornamented by columns, leads up to the main entrance. The interior is breathtaking with exquisite decoration, retaining the charm created by the historical and architectural features. This impressive stately residence reflects an original representation of a noble summer holiday home. The elegant lounge features arched ceilings, tasteful paintings and sumptuous sofas in blue velvet.

Meticulous workmanship can be seen throughout the villa. From the ancient hand-painted tiles that spread from the living area and dining room to the winter garden, entirely protected by the glass walls and ceiling and the sights from the interior space capture the greenery and natural light. Here, guests can gather on cosy sofas on cooler evenings. The villa not only offers a stunning alfresco dining area, but also a beautiful interior dining room with a glass-topped table.

Suitable to accommodate up to 14 guests, Villa Amore boasts seven elegant en-suite bedrooms distributed between the main house and the guest house. The main house has five bedrooms, comprising the master suite with a king-sized bed, three additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one twin bedroom. Most bedrooms offer incredible sea or garden views. The guest house, nestled in the marvellously colourful ‘literary garden’, includes two double bedrooms with queen-sized beds.
