Located on the road that leads from the port of Marina Grande to the famous Piazzetta di Capri, Villa Magica is perfectly connected by taxi or bus to all parts of the island, which is very rare in Capri. It is also just a few minute’s walk to the Piazzetta, Capri’s main square, with its restaurants, cafes and shops.

Villa Magica was designed by the famous architect Giovanni Battista Ceas and features successive terraces around the property to emphasize continuous panoramic views.

The villa is perfectly renovated, yet still retains the flavour of the 50s. with a magnificence of polychromies given by the typical Vietrese majolica and ceramic sculptures by the former owner the artist, Ing. Avv. Mario Cussino who oversaw the restructuring and expansion right after the second world war. The sun panel with beautiful, sometimes ironic, ideas on the zodiac and the meaning of the stars and the impressive fireplace sculpted with fantastic marine worlds. Today the Villa is still owned by the Cussino Family.

The entrance to the villa is accessed through a beautiful long pergola avenue with climbing plants that leads to the spacious living rooms. The lounges are divided into various areas: reading lounge, antique fireplace lounge, dining room, lounge with second fireplace. All rooms have large window and overlook the two patios and the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. Enjoy meals, from breakfast to dinner, under the splendid colonnade while taking in the breathtaking view of the garden and Marina Grande.

There is an extremely spacious kitchen equipped with: fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine and everything needed to prepare food with the utmost flair.

The sleeping area is located on the first floor of the villa; three double bedrooms with two bathrooms and a very large terrace. On the ground floor, adjacent to the service area, there is a two-bed room for staff with bathroom.

The large free standing swimming pool in the beautiful garden that surrounds this dream villa offer peace and tranquility and there is a small, private chapel located in a more intimate part of the garden.

In addition to the main house there is also an annex with two other bedrooms and two bathrooms. The annex has a separate entrance and can be rented together with the Villa.

The location is perfect for groups, large and small, who want to enjoy the sea life and glamour of this famous Island, while retaining the flavor of original life in Capri.
